Sentencing videos are an established method in federal and state courts. In federal cases and state capital cases, they give the decision maker insight into the defendant’s life through the people who know them, photographs and the places that shaped them.
In several federal capital cases, death was removed as an option after our videos were presented to the Department of Justice. In lesser cases, a sentencing video can support a plea negotiation by showing the favorable side of the client. We identify the strongest mitigating themes, interview the people best able to speak to them, and produce every video in house. All videos can be edited to meet the court’s requirements.

A Day in the Life.
Day in the Life videos document the emotional, physical and financial impact an injury has on a plaintiff and their family, through a typical day and the testimony of caregivers, life care planners and nurse practitioners. They add authenticity and credibility to the plaintiff’s story and can improve the likelihood of a favorable settlement or verdict.
